Refund policy

All of our items are handmade, meaning they are assembled by hand. Given that these items are manually crafted, slight discrepancies in color, size, or design are possible, as they are an inherent aspect of the handmade crafting process.

Damaged or Defective

Please inspect all items upon receipt and notify us, via e-mail at baublesandglassdesign@gmail.com, of any damages or defects within 48 hours of receipt. Damaged or defective items will be replaced, if materials are still available, or a store credit will be issued.

Returns

All returns will be issued a store credit.  Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of product. No returns on custom or personalized products.

Return Process

1. Contact the store, via e-mail at Baublesandglassdesign@gmail.com, within 14 days of receipt.
2. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
3. Items must be returned in the original shipping box with the original shipping materials.
4. Store credit will be issued when the item is received back to the design studio.
